I do certainly hope this would turn into a discussion, I could learn more. I've been reading around, watching videos and stuff, trying to find a suitable Portable Multimedia Player for me. Thing is, I was watching a video on the Zune HD, I read all the comments and got really mad. Everywhere are people screaming and arguing about which Multimedia Player is better. Stuff like "ZUNE SUCKS IPOD IS SO MUCH BETTER" Or "**** OFF MICROSOFT SUCKS ZUNE SUCKS APPLE ROCKS IPOD ROCKS" I know you all would say things like, He's an immature fanboy and such. What I want to know is, for the very few intelligent people who judge which item is better by the specifications, what do you think is a better Multimedia Player based on Specifications? Do discuss about all those stuff said above. I, and probably others, would like to know more.
My favorite multimedia player is the PSP. It can do video, audio, games, and text editing even. I use it for just about everything I do except phone calls. It has excellent audio playback and is all around a well rounded portable multimedia player for me. I don't like wasting money on different devices, so this one does the job that I have for it.
Yes actually, but you have to have Custom Firmware to do it. Or a way to run Homebrew is the only thing.
From the comments, I can clearly see that the Zune is favored by some, and hated by others. But they could all be fanboys for all I know.
I've only seen Zunes and I don't find them any better or worse than iPods. They are basically the same thing to me except for being made by a different manufacturer.
Microsoft makes Zune, yes. And you prolly know who makes iPod right? XD Not sure about any others. Zen is good, but a lot of them don't have video playback. (That was a few years ago).
