mSD brand makes a difference?

    Running AKAIO 1.8.1, it seems like I am unable to play a lot of games that everyone else seems to play easily. Some old games cannot be played on my card, such as Sonic Classic Collection, while many newer games, such as Pocket Monsters B/W, also cannot be played, while everyone else with an Acekard can play it.

    For the record, I own a Polaroid 8GB class 4 mSD card. Does the mSD card brand really make a difference? Or is something truly wrong with my Acekard?

    yes it can make a difference. Sandisk is the best.

    How good are Transcend or Kingston?

    kingston are usually regarded as good, but they are not as good as sandisk.
