Mp3 music on Dsi. how too.

How do you play Mp3 music on a Dsi . i have music files that i load on my mp3 player but struggel to
get them to work on the dsi. can i load them on the SD card in slot 2 or do i have to load them on the R4i card ?

 

I don't have a DSi, so I don't know exactly what to do.

But, if I remember correctly, you can only listen AAC music on your DSi, not MP3.

Try converting one of your mp3 files to aac. I hope this works

 

wait, wait.... if you have an R4, why don't you just use moonshell or even DSorganize?

 

Good suggestions, but they need specific files to work.


Speaking of wich-the built in dsi player requires acc-or mp4 format files to work-mp3 or anything else WILL NOT work.

Use a media application like Moonshell to play your various formats instead. Have the homebrew on your MicroSD for your R4i. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/MoonShell

 

get moonshell 2, its better than moonshell, plus you can do múch more! like: videos, mp3, deleting, writing, memo's, and much more! You need only a R4i for dsi amd a sd Micro. (warning: some dsi flashcards do only work on v1.03 or under)
