Most over rated movie?

What do you think is the most over rated movie?

I think Borat may be as watching it a few times is like surfing 4chan a little

 

Hmm, I would say the Lion King, it's still terribly overhyped and overrated. It's not as good as most people try to make it seem like.

 

Transformers, Superbad, and Star Trek.

Transformers is a mindless action film with not a lot of intricate deep aspects.

Superbad got very very very annoying.

Star Trek, see Transformers, plus the best actors (Simon Pegg and John Woo) got nearly no screen time and got replaced by that annoying guy with the accent. Everyone was too damn serious for their own good.

 

1. Transformers 1 & 2. Awful movies.. awful acting.. cool CGI.
2. Batman : The Dark Knight. It wasn't that good, Heath Ledger was ok...
3. The Lion King... wtf "the circle of life"... that baboon's been smoking some serious shit. Why hasnt Pumba eaten Simon by now... I know I would.
4. EVERY Star Wars film... including the originals.
5. Lady and the Tramp... why the fuck are dogs eating spaghetti!!
6. The new star trek film... it's just shit.

All these movies are just ughhhhh. The Dark Knight dragged on for too long and after the Joker went away I did not care.

 

7. The Lord of the Rings. Possibly the gayest thing I have ever seen.
8. The latest Indianna Jone. Just plain wierd, wait.. so you can survive a bomb by hiding in a flying fridge...
9. Forrest Gump. Was done in bad taste.
10. WALL·E... wtf is this shit!!
11. The Wrestler, Mickey Rourke does not deserve to still get work... somebody shoot him... please!!!!
12. Slumdog Millionare... Go away!! You went on TV to get a girl... just talk to her for crying out loud!!!

I agree with Twilight and Transformers 1&2 and all the Harry Potter movies. Another one I think that was over rated was Knowing.

for me it was charlie and the chocolate factory, it sucked balls compared to the original

Huh? Borat, Harry Potter, and Star Wars are entertaining movies, they're just not THAT good. Especially Star Wars, I'd rather watch paint dry.

Superbad got so annoying, then I wondered why people love it so much. If I heard another kid going "Yeah chkachka yeah" I'll stab them.

 

Transformers and Harry Potter.

Transformers has too much graphics and a weak story and Harry Potter deviates too much from the book.

I also hate movies based on John Grisham novels like The Firm. Total rip-off.
