Personally my favorite DS game so far is Tales of Hearts because this game is quite well done, complete and has a pretty good storyline.

I thought that Chrono Trigger for the DS was pretty great, even though it was a port I thought it was made very well.

 

I loved Chrono Trigger, but I'd have to go with Dragon Quest IV or V... There so close in comparison... Once Dragon Quest IX comes out in North America, I know that will be my favorite

 

Call me an old fart but I liked "Giana Sisters" - it reminds me of the Atari 800 & Commodore 64 era. It's an easy basic game. As for homebrew, although it is not a game, "World of Sand" tops my chart.

Trauma Center:Under the Knife 2 and my Pokemon Pearl
