More files than I know what to do with

Hello everyone, this is my first post here on the RomUlation forums. This might be a stupid question, but I didn't see anything related anywhere else on the site. When I unzipped one of the N64 files, I was surprised to find 20+ 32MB files as the result. I understand that U is United States, E is Europe, J Japan, but in the case of Majora's Mask, for instance, there are all these files that have [!] (v 1.0) [b1]...[b7] [T-Rus0.36Alex] [T-Ita0.9P1+G_Vampire] etc. in the file name and I really don't know what I'm supposed to do with them. Do I need all of them? Do I need a certain set? Can I delete ones that are just taking up hard-disk space? Thanks for any help.

 

i never know what to do with them as well. i just keep the U one usually, but i like downloading n64 roms from another site though. and i usually have them on my wii though. (installed myself...)

 

Yes you can.
although some of the files have some updates, other language , fixes, etc.. etc.. ...

 

[!] is usually the one to go for. That's the good dump.

Others are translations, hacks, etc.
