moonshell version

What is the newest version of moonshell that I can run on acecard2i ?

the newest version is 2.07 rather...now it's 2.08

and yes, it works on the acekard 2i.

 

Got moonshell 2.8 up and running on my dsl with an acekard 2. Have four files moonmemo, moonshl2, moonshl2.nds, and moonshl2_DirectBoot.nds. Which files do I need and which files can I get rid of?

 

all you need is moonshell2 folder and the moonshell2.nds file. the rest is just some stuff. i'm not really sure what is in it cause i didn't update mine yet, but keep it all and just use the two above.

Had to format my sd card twice because of moonshell.
Deleted some ROMS.
Boot moonshell and got error message " The size of your memory card is not support ... the size of the memory card is too large
or the size of the file system cluster is too small"
"Recovery report:
Please try reformatting to a larger cluster size. The application has halted unexpectedly."
Cannot start moonshell, Akaio is fine. Can play all games. Can I add or delete stuff after installing moonshell?

 

you should be able to . i use a 4 gb sdhc class 2 card and it works perfectly.

Reformatted my 8GB card. Downloaded my Roms and programs.
I can play games. When I try moonshell, I get the follwing message:
A fatal error has occurred!
The display filesize and the actual filesize are different.
Recovery mode:
Backup all files to hard disk, and recopy after formatting card.
Application terminated.


I have a 16GB card also.
That one works fine with all programs and roms.

 

i'm not sure what your problem is. i would download 2.08, but i'm downloading two wii games at once. so i'll have to check it out later.

tonight i'm playing taiko no tatsujin wii 2!!! XD

it may be the size of the card that you are using. try moonshell 1.71. - http://www.r4ds.cn/download/moonshell_1.6_r4.html

it'll work on AKAIO, don't worry, moonshell is for anything that can run .nds files.
