Moonshell 2.10 questions

Hey I just downloaded and installed moonshell 2.10 on my ttds card. I love the fact that it comes with an NES emu, not to mention a voice recorder, test editor, etc. But I can't get the text editor to open correctly, it always says it hits an error and then i have to restart my DSi. I also can't exit the NES game once I start it, also resulting in a restart.

Has anyone else upgraded to 2.10, and if so do you have the same problems??
