Monster Racers (U)

Hey, I'm sorry to "intrude", and I'm sorry if this was the wrong section, but I didn't know where else to put this! (NOT A rom request)

Does anyone know what happened to the localization of Monster Racers? I don't remember it ever being cancelled, but it doesn't seem that it was ever released (no reviews anywhere, no rom, can't buy it off of any site).

It's in Japanese. Maybe the release got canceled or something.
