Monster Hunter (Like) Games

    I started playing monster hunter TRI and got addicted. Are there any other games that follow the monster hunter, rinse repeat style gameplay? Also, I have a vita. Would I be able to play the monster hunter games online if I bought them via psn?

    I know on the 3ds there is a monster hunter game coming for the 3ds/wii u, but for the psp games of monster hunter going online via the vita?

    Apparently, yes, as long as the games still run online via server or still an active player pool.

    Dragon's Dogma is pretty monster hunter-ish... but i'm not sure if its available for PSVita...

    Phantasy Star Portable 2 (PSP)

    It's pretty much identical to the PSP monster hunter games
