Molten Core WoW - 1.12.1 Classic Server

For anyone who has been looking for a vanilla WoW server, look no further.
I've been playing on this server for quite awhile now and we are just about to open Molten Core with fully working scripts and loot.

I was going to join Feenix, the other really known private server, but they ruined it by allowing t1/t2 donations. This server is the best when it comes to as close as blizzlike as possible.

The rates are close to blizzlike, but the experience rate from mobs and quests are boosted x3 I believe, which is pretty decent. It's enough to get you to level 60 faster without ruining the experience altogether. I believe if the rates are too high (like x30), you progress too quickly and then we have a bunch of level capped noobs running around.

As far as latency goes, I'm in the U.S. and this server is based in Germany (hence all of the German on the homepage) and I haven't found much of a difference in lag from a server that was based in Philadelphia, from when I played Wrath of the Lich King.

The one thing that I found that was unique to this server is the option for a instant-60-TRIAL CHARACTER, which allows you to play a level 60 toon for 24 in-game hours to test out everything from class skills, instances, raids, etc. The catch is that you cannot trade, mail, post auctions with anyone else. You also get a starter level 52 green quality gear and 50g. You have the option to unlock the restrictions by buying ~1500 server points (which is close to $13 or something...)

And if at all possible, join alliance. After Molten Core is open, I'll no longer be able to help horde members...
