Moderator game

Moderators lock and unlock the topic and at the end of a certain period of time, the user who posted the most things while the topic was not locked wins that game and then we start over. Of course this only works if the Moderators help us by unlocking and locking the topic at random times.
Example:
1. user 1 writes something random
2. user 2 writes something random
3. user 1 writes another thing random
4. Topic gets locked
5. User 1 wins and we start again(moderator unlocks the topic)
