Well check the link I gave, there is a compatibility list for routers, if yours is then it's the settings as I said before.
If there was it'd be a bad thing, cause then they could hack you prehaps XD Do you know how to access the router settings-it'd be all in there. If not...there is a command promt code that checks for you, which I..forgot
