Heyo, Sokka here. I was wondering what program there is out there to mod ROMs. I saw alot of modded super mario bros, and pokemon games, etc... But I'm wondering what program they use to mod the game? If you can post a link of a program or name one. Thanks, Sokka.
If by modding, you mean patching to use them with a Flash Card, there are many programs that can be used. There is a patching program for each type of Flash Device.

modding roms in that way is likely to involve some platform-specific programming knowledge. I was into programming gameboy roms at one point.

I only linked there because there is some surprisingly useful information inside that place, although I'm not into pokemon hacking myself Also, I don't think it really matters if the ROM hacking section there is dying, as you can usually just dig up any info you need with a simple search.

well you can mod AC:WW roms on the DS with an application called animal map and there's even one called animala that lets you hack your saves on your DS! but you need a supercard and i'm using R4
