Well this is like a mine field trying to explain.... Hmm Well im missing d3dc9_34.dll , Any idea what this is? Tryin not to get a warning but its a game, Is it like a system file or to do with the game?
It appears to be some sort of Direct3D file. Try updating Direct3D (If you can) and see if that fixes it. If it doesn't, then the game doesn't install something you need to play. Like this pirated version of bit.Trip Beat I found once.

It is a directx file. Directx does not necessarily ship with all the files required for some games, and so you will get a missing file warning. Simply google the filename, download the missing file and put it in the folder where the game is installed.
