Every time I try to play Minish Cap weather it's in my regular VBA emulator or my link version I get this for a menu: Could somebody please tell me why and how to fix it? looks like English to me. European countries often use those letters. Just ignore them.The language selection only affects the text, not the alphabet.
That's what you're supposed to see when you first Fire up the game. You are not missing anything as what's supposed to be in those boxes are your character's progress information that gets saved after you input your character's name. And as for those special letters, several European countries like Germany, France & Portugal uses those apart from the 26 letters we are most familiar with.
