Dont know if youve all heard but mininova was made legit today by law

basically means its dead and out

end of an era if you ask me...

For torrents,I found h33t to be the best-but I dont use torrent sites anymore

 

oh man Demonoid has been out for like 2 months

 

It may be a cover for then getting shut down by the feds.

 

If they have gone after demonoid and shut it down, it's only a matter of time until thepiratebay gets the axe, they've already seized their servers once.

 

I just hope Bakabt doesn't get shut down too then T_T

 

BakaBT caters to a different crowd. Fansubbing has always been a less sought after illegal activity. Mostly because the MPAA and RIAA have almost zero influence in the copyright infringements happening.

I'd say it's relatively safe.

Well, maybe they should take heed from the more legit fansub groups and not host/distribute licensed shows

 

i've never used mininova, but i've used piratebay and isohunt IF i use a torrent.

i can usually find things for direct download.

that sucks though that a site like that was hit.....

 

All we have to hope is that the piratebay trackers stays open....

they can close as many sites as they want......but the piratebay tracker is responsible for 50-70% of torrrents....

i use iso hunt atm....and pirate bay

 

this day sucks!

 

aw dang. well at least we still have isohunt. it'll be judgenment day when we loose that.
