I like Sony, they're the one who make my PSX, PS2, and PSP.

it doesn't really matter on which console you own. it's all about the software that you like and the accessibility of that software to your ability as a gamer.

for instance, a person who isn't a gamer isn't going for a 360/ps3 because the accessibility isn't there for them so they are left with one choice, nintendo. however, if you're a gamer then it's according to the software that you find intrigued [or fasinated] about. i find the concept of resident evil 5 very fascinating so i bought a ps3 just to play the game. after that the system just sits there and collects dust. i do own other games like metal gear 4 and ninja gaiden sigma but they don't create a sense of fascination. and just like the ps3, the games just sits there collecting dust.

Be careful about these topics; they can (and often do) spiral into fanboy arguments.

That said, I'm a Nintendo fan, though I'm somewhat disappointed with the Wii...

i totally agree on the wii. i love what the wii can do. but third parties aren't treating it like it should. take bionic commando for instance, i thought it would have been a good idea to implement it some how with the motion controller but they opted for the dual analog controller. totally stumped by such ideas. what's even worse is that nintendo didn't even deliver a good software push this year as opposed to the previous two years which explains the sluggish sales of wii this year as opposed to the sold out sales from the last two years. hopefully new mario wii will change all this slowdown.

wii motion plus was a great upgrade for all wii gamers and there isn't going back from that.

Sure I could go a while without a playstation, or my PC, but I could never go an extended period of time without my DS or Gamcube (yes gamecube....)
