Microphone doesn`t work - NDSL

Yo,
I have a big problem with my microphone on NDS Lite. I`m playing Zelda and at the beginning there is a mission with a fortune teller, to which I should say something. I`m trying to say anything, but nothings happens. I think the microphone is broken, but is there possibly another options (like firmeware bugs or it is shutted down). I`m sure that the problem has something to do with the microphone.

 

it can, has your ds fallen one time?

 

Are you sure that that part of the game requires you to speak?

Plus I do hope your not screaming into it-the ds can't recognise words well if it's too loud.

Speak in a normal, or "robot" tone.

But try another game...say...nintendogs-it's not bad, and is a great way to test.

 

No, it hasn`t fallen. Ok, thanks for the tip. I tried every possibility in Zelda, when it goes for speaking. I try with Nintendogs and we'll see if it works.
