Everytime time I try to record a second time or multiple times after the first time I recorded with a new microphone it has like a whirrrrr fan kind of noise in the background, and it's starting to get on my nerves because the audio is getting more horrible with each video so if you need to watch so you can tell why then just say so.

because the microphone is picking up the sound of the fans in your computer.

    This.

Turn down the mic sensitivity until it only picks up your voice.

If you can't turn down the sensitivity (check out the general sound settings), move away from the computer when you record.

its in the volume control, but you have to go into the properties menu to switch the applet to recording mode first.
