CycloDS supports SDHC, so you can use the 8GB version.

You could use the 16GB cards as well, but those are still 60-80 USD, way too much for a MicroSD card. Maybe in a few months it'll drop to a resonable price.

The site where i have seen the 8gb card is selling the 16gb for £44.99 gbp!  A huge difference in price. If the 8gb one is compatible then im just gonna go for that cos it looks like a good deal.

at that price I'd get two 8GB cards and its still less than half what the 16GB costs.

Cyclo's have some problems with higher memory MicroSDs, I think it was 16GB. But I'm sure you would never need that much.

^ I don't believe a 32GB MicroSD is available currently. I think 16GBs just came out this past summer.

Rumors have it that the starting retail price when the 32GB comes out will be over 290 USD. Definitely not worth it since by then the 16GBs will probably be down to 30 USD.

My bad, it was indeed the 16GB. Also, some people have had problems with 8GB as well.

I wonder if the problems can be fixed with a simple firmware update, or if it's a hardware issue that causes them? I'm leaning (hoping) towards a firmware issue that can be fixed :)

I currenly only use a 4GB... I don't have very many games which I enjoy (Mostly RPGs).

Um i don't think so. I got my SanDisk 8GB for $30 Australian, so like $17 American.
    I think it's a tad expensive.
It's GBP yea? Yeah it's not the best deal around.

I use an 8GB in my CycloDS and haven't had an issue with it.

Could be based on off brand access speeds and everything though.

One had used a Sandisk, while the others had used other brands. So yeah, pretty much that.
