Team Ninja and Nintendo are coming out with a new Metroid for Wii by the end of 2010 called Other M from the trailer it actually looks pretty damn good check the link for more info. http://www.1up.com/do/previewPage?cId=3174587 Its mostly cinematic but it shows some game play, which I am sure will change closer to the release date.
I love the finishers, they're awesome. I also love that, for once, there's a coherent plot and deep storyline!
I love the fact that...it's made by team ninja, I just hope that... If it's gonna be short, be short by rushing, not because it's all it can do... ie Rushing-beating the game in 2 hours because you only have 10% of all items to get Just being short-Looking like it has more-but after you reach 100% on easy, not much point going back to do 2 hrs work with just more annoying ai to sparr with...
This is Metroid we're talking about, it won't be the same without speedrunning in under 2 hours. But, this IS Metroid we're talking about and there's always more exploration than you can shake a stick at.
