Metal Fight Beyblade Cyber Pegasus Help

So, I recently downloaded Metal Fight Beyblade Cyber Pegasus. I save my game but it starts all over again but my BP still remains.
I've also checked Kiekoes post on how to fix it but for some reason, Megaupload deleted the patch... any help? :'(

So... are you saying that there is no way to fix this game on its saving problem on the R4i Gold?
