Memory Cards...?

I've been enjoying PSXFIN for a while now, but I still can't figure out how to make memory cards to save my games on.
Save state has been enough, but I want to be prepaired for New Game+...
There is a folder called "Cards" but the only file in it is a txt file titled "Put memcards Here" and all it says is "ROMH WAS HERE".
It doesn't say anything about creating memory cards (what file type they should be, weather or not I'll need mutipul cards (are they 15 block cards like the PSX was?) do I need to up-load them like a game file, etc. etc).
Any help would be appreciated.

Unzip and place mcd001.mcr and mcd002.mcr in cards folder, and config with PSXFIN memory cards, select them from there cards folder

Then save in games

Thanks John but I figured it out, turns out thy need to be BIN files... and they only hold the original fifteen blocks....
And I was wrong, it's for pSX, not PSXFIN.

They will work on all pSX, ePSXe , and they do have 15 blocks

Yes they are memcards for the card ot memcard folder
