Why did you torrent download Alcohol 120%? You should have just downloaded it off the original site, then found a crack or keygen. Anyways.. If you had a decent antivirus, it should have removed the vrius, I had one that made a message pop up saying "buy this program" blah blah, one scan of AVG Internet Security 8.0 trial, it disappeared.

Heh well this one rewrites itself when its deleted, and its not adware liek what you had, It changed my Registry and made my computer REALLY slow, but system mechanic restored the defaults, however the virus is still here and still changing stuff

It was actually a virus as well. You could try System Restore if you wanted.

For system restore( if you are using XP), when booting up press F8 a lot. It should come up with a menu with selections on how to run windows, select "Run in Safe Mode" , then when you login on one account, it will ask you if you want ot use System Restore, and then you can choose what day to go back to computer wise(no having certain files, for example, the virus)

^ or you can find it under system tools in the start menu, however AVG should get rid of it, you should have scanned the file before you installed it, also it was likely that the virus was in the keygen/crack and not in the program. If AVG wont get rid of it then try a system restore.

I thought we are not allowed to mention keygens/cracks in here?

mentioning them is OK, asking for them, providing them, or suggesting that people use them is not.
