i check there and there is no faq also where is the "soul food" for a sub quest

HEY DUDES I HAVE MEGA MAN STARFORCE DRAGON AND THE STARFORCE Z X S VERSION, BEEM PLAYING IT AND HOW DO I USE THE FORMS LIKE DRAGON IS FIRE PEGASUS WATER AND ALL THAT STUFF, REAKKY CONFUSED. BOTH GAMES JUST THE SAME BLUE FORM . IVE SEEN PICS OF THE OTHER FORMS BUT I JUST DONT KNOW AND REALLY NEEDE SOME HELP PLEASE!!!!!
