well for those who didn't know this let me bring you into the light, if you had a playstation, and you loved megaman, you had to have Megaman Legends. its been over 10 years since #2 came out, and Megaman's creator quit, leaving fans to pick up the pieces and make the choices. it may suck balls, it may Rock your mind: but this game will be on the 3DS. so if you have an EPIC Level of over 9000, please make yourself heard, we don't want this to suck.

These two things are irrelevant. The game was focused on fans helping making some design choices even when Keiji Inafune was in Capcom.
huh? I've played MM Legends 1, 2, and tron bone. I never have trouble with the camera. IMO I think the camera setup is better than Kingdom hearts, just comparing a ps1 to a ps2 title.
