Megaman battle network all chips does not works, max all chips crashes the game

    42019036 0063 -> max all chips
    000000B0 0014

    42019018 0001 -> have all chips
    000100B0 0014

    The max all chips one screws with the game, if i switch the digit 36 it wont crash the game, but i leave it at that it crashes, no idea why.


    Have all chips literally will not do squat it does not gives me 1 if each chip
