Megaman 2N ZS/ZN

When I downloaded Megaman ZS/ZN off the site there seems to be problem that I can't save. I'm not sure if the DS one V3 supports it or not because it works perfectly fine with my cousin's R4. The problem is that I cannot create a .sav file/back up when I tried to save. I've also tried using the real-time save but it won't open either. However mine is the Chinese version but it doesn't seem to be having a problem with my other roms. (tetris, Mario kart, etc)
I haven't tried the newer roms yet so I'm not sure if it's just this rom.
Is anyone else having the same problem with their DS one V3?
Any help would be appreciated.

Crap I've loaded a 2nd time and the saving was only fake =.=''

 

Well the problem is that after I reformatted my pc the language pack for chinese was gone. So I've tried to compare the english site with the chinese but the site has some variations next, I can't read chinese cuz my uncle in china forgot that =.=''
So if anyone can read chinese and send a link for the update for the firmware that'd be great lol.

 

You can get it from http://www.linfoxdomain.com/nintendo/ds/, don't think they update the chinese firmware anyway though.

Hopefully this'll fix up the problem.

 

I couldn't run the firmware even though it in the chinese version.
I think it is because my Ds One V3 is corrupt it said that the only way to fix this problem was to get another ds one that is non-corrupted and run the installation until near the end you switch it =.=''
I guess I'm not going to be able to play the newer games sigh*

 

I've reformatted the OS from the official site, I just guessed for which one to download and then there was a 1kb difference in the MSOFC or something like that and then replaced it and seemed to do the trick. So now the newer roms are working.
