Now I have both, as it seems megaupload blocks my downloads (it stops it right on 99%-no matter the file size, always on megaupload...) But also keeping flashget/got as it does help somewhat... But I need to ask-after my scare (no ESA thankfully ) I no longer use flashget/got's torrent function just incase... Now, I refuse to pay for megaupload, and thus while I made an account, it's free, so I'm not using it to full power, but will megamanager let me download from othersites like a normal download manager-or am I limited in a way (other than speed-as long as I can start and stop/resume a download it's all i want)? Reason why I'm asking is I have little to no experience with these download managers-and having a second one makes me worry that i got one too many-Just need to know which to get rid of or to keep both on my pc... Plus on megamanager it mentions I have 3 "auto" downloads for the day, any idea what that means? Thanks for your help once more... mDS64-Always jumping the gun XD
in theory it will, but really, it's not a very good one (not to mention its full of adware). I would just stick with using flashget as a normal download manager, or use internet download manager (IDM). Whatever you do, don't have two download managers installed at once as they will interfere with each other in most cases.
..hrm, just tried megaupload's one, it didn't save my progress after a shutdown (needed to-flash get saves but the other fails..) I just need something free that works with megaupload-flashgot/get is failing right on 99% everytime, so it seems it may be diliberate... What can you, or anyone suggest, that is free and will let me download from megaupload (or rapid share-same problem ) without risk of being blocked out... I have tried 2 files already (game from pspisoz and one from another rom site, a ps2 part) and they froze at 99%-yet ones from here work... And internet downlaod manager-can that get thru megaupload-or will that fail-I do a fair bit of downloads thru them...but don't wish-or could-pay for premium service
Bugger They let me do 5 downloads before shutting me down...prehaps I should ask my mates-they share an account.
