Me and my awesome ideas won't work properly (MSN HELP)

I decided to create an earthquake "font" to use in MSN. I created a four frame long animation for each letter of the alphabet and turned them into smileys in MSN. When I type the capital letter P, it's supposed to show up with the shaking capital letter P. The whole process went swimmingly so I decided to test it with my friend.

I started out with the letter A and he saw it perfectly after a few seconds when the animation loaded.

So I decided to test out a sentence. It apparently didn't work for him. The text looked normal to him. We found out that the messages can't be too long so I typed the alphabet in chunks like this.

He received all of the animations and saved them. We began to test out how long our messages could be and found no clear answers.

Do you guys know the animated smileys stop working after your message reaches a certain length?
