MDF file?

    some playstation games are in mdf format but don't run in epsxe and I've tried mounting the file but still don't work. I'm running Windows Vista but I don't think that's the problem.

    the problem is you need a program called Alcohol 120% to mount the MDF file onto a virtual CD drive. Vista may cause performance issues running the games because of its unreasonably heavy resource usage.

    Thanks a lot it works, but I still do not know why mounting with different programs gives you different results?
    And what is the limitation for the alcohol 120 trial?

    mdf is a propietory format created by alcohol soft. other companies need a license from alcohol soft to include mdf file support in their programs. Look around, there may be free programs with mdf support.
