I suddenly can't download anything, because this site has somehow made it possible to perform "ghost downloads"--it will pretend like you're downloading something, when you're not actually downloading, because nothing happens after I click the download link to the North American server, yet the site won't let me try to restart the download, because I'm "already downloading something", when I'm NOT!
This is a rare thing but unfortunately it does happen sometimes. I will make sure to clear your download counter when I'm next in a position to do so.
