Marvel VS Capcom Clash of the Super Heroes PSX not WORKING

    hey, i have just downloaded the marvel.ccd, marvel.img and marvel.sub for the Marvel vs Capcom Clash of the Super Heroes PS1 game to make into a PSX eboot file with the keys.bin. however, i cant get it to convert to the eboot file with keys.bin. any idea of how i can overcome this problem, or can anyone give me the eboot with keys bin directly by bittorent? thanks
