Mario Vs lugi bowser story WONT WORK HELP!!

    i download the game from romulation and other sites, it wont play. The game loads fine, then it ask's to choose a save file and then you cant click anything, its not frozen because the music is still playing. My ds is a dsi, maybe thats the problem. HELP!!
