Mario Kart DS - Spanish Problem

Alot of people have been saying that when they load mario kart ds it's in spanish.
I have two solutions.
1.) If you're playing it on an emulator, good luck. Certain games in romulation listed as english (U) are always spanish on emulators.
2.)If you're playing it on a flash card (Acekard, R4 etc.), try downloading the kernal of the language you want.
