Mario Games

    Trying to download Mario games. When i click on download i'm directed to desktopsmiley website. Not happening with any other downlaods, just Mario games. Anyone else having this problem or any solutions to my problems?

    Apologies, i should have been more specific. Mario and Sonic at the Winter Olympics and Mario and Sonic at the Olympics.

    I'm not sure why those games are directing you to this desktopsmiley website, but they should direct you to this page:
    https://www.romulation.org/downloads/ProtectedFile/

    Unfortunately the companies that own the copyrights on those games have asked Romulation not to host them for download, and Romulation has to respect their wishes (they do own the game, afterall).

    You will have to look elsewhere for them.

    I suspect theres a rogue ad on the protected file page.

    I checked.

    Maybe some random pop up...wether or not from romUlation or from another tabbed site came up.


    Or prehaps this user used another means of getting here...like how some mininova user's would pay to use it despite the site being free to use.
