Mario and Sonic at the winter olympic games question

everytime i try to go to the last snow sprites or watever there called but i try to get to the new land that has the last snow sprite and it freezes in the middle whenever i go to the new place

 

same here >.>, mine freezes once you enter the cannon and reach the place where it shows you an overview of it, i think the place was called icepeak for mine, idk if it's the last snow sprite place though, but can anybody help us?
