    This should be in the Technical Help section

    But what card are you trying to play it on?, And have you checked the cheats to see a code fix?

    I downloaded the european version and it wouldn't let me start the mic test nor start a save for the game >.>.. there is a cheat.DAT patch that could help.. i'm just about to test it.. so i'll let you know ^_^

    Mario and Luigi BIS has Anti-Piracy checks, so if the cheat doesn't work, you may have to download the patched version. The details are here https://www.romulation.org/forum/index.php?topic=22731.0

    the (US) version will work unpatched on a R4 orignal with ysmenu
