well many of you may already know me, so yeah i've been on this great site for a bit over a year now and i thought i should do an introduction.

my name is Colin i'm 12 years old and i live in Canada with my pet pengui-- err cat. (no it doesn't snow 24/7 here, i actually got no snow this year!)

You live in Canada, so I believe the correct spelling is indeed 'aboot'.

By the way, always start a sentence with a capital letter, and end it with a full stop, or period if you're feeling fruity.
