Mame Manual

    Hi,
    I would like to ask somebody who is versed in the Emulator MAME to explain how I can make Mame runing and the more important thing: How can I play with it. I tried several times to make it running but it fails and in the Web I can't find a real detailed explanation e.g. what version of Mame to get and where to install the Bios or a explanation of the path, where Mame can find the roms.

    I think I am not the only user with problems in MAME and it would be a great benefit for the all users without an idea how to use MAME :p.

    Mame doesnt need a bios.Create a folder named roms in the mame folder.And on the emu there is an scan op somewhere.Played with it ages ago its boring imo.Its from the 90s

    thx for the answear, but a more detailed answear would be really helpful. When somebody feels like to post a better description how to run Mame, just do it.
