ask your parents...or give someone who has a card the cash and use their card...

you're not limited to credit cards...you have debits and check cards and most sites use paypal so you could even have the money come directly from a bank account

also, now that i think of it, some sites I've been to allow you to mail them the money...so that might be an option. You could try ebay if all else fails and find someone selling a flash cart and see if they'll allow you to mail them the money. This just might take a while for you to get your order though, you have to wait for them to get the money then for the item to ship.

    hope this helps

Ask for your parents permission first.

Give your parents the money and have them use their credit/debit cards.

That'd be the easiest way. My brother would do that before he was old enough to get his own card.

ANy purchase online is potentially dangerous, but so is walking down the road, might get hit by a bus..

Paypal is probably the best, I hate it personally, but it's probably the most secure.

true and the odds to get your information stolen are really low, probably like 1 and 1,000,000 or more...but it's still possible.

Paypal is the way to go though...

Ultimately, look at it this way.

Yes most of the time things are cheaper online, but if it's only £2 cheaper or $2 cheaper then walking down to walmart or ASDA or some superstore and buying it from there, is it worth the risk?

Ultimately you could go down said superstore and get robbed in the carpark..

and online you also have shipping costs in most cases...so the prices really balance out usually, unless it's a far drive to the store and you use a lot of gas

Agreed, most people don't think about shipping costs.

you should go to your local markets and buy one just make sure your not buying a fake or getting ripped off.

Most people at the markets already have the firmware and game installed to it which is quite helpful.

What local store can I buy a flash cart from??

Retail stores won't carry them. The only local stores you'd usually find them at are smaller game shops. If you have any game collector shops, etc. Walk in and ask them if they do any system modding. If they do they likely know where to find or maybe even have flashcarts. Even if they don't carry the card you want, if they are a small shop I'm sure they would be willing to purchase the card online for you (in exchange for cash) because stuff like that is what keeps people going to smaller shops rather than the big stores. Customer care.
