Make your own Action Replay cheats?

    Heya guys :D
    Was just wondering if there's any way to make your own action replay codes, i'm sure Anand mentioned it somewhere but I can't seem to find it, so yeah. :)
    Preferably, something free :D

    sorry i only know how to do my own .CHT files for the R4i (cheat files) since the R4 has a fuckedup bug that doesnt read cheats in a long cheat.dat file ...dammit

    I know an Action Replay feature you can do in a game yourself: Finish a game ,then delete the .sav file ... Restart the game again and play it again. Get it,huh ? get it ?! AH HAHAH ... HA ? heh ... khmmm ,not realy funny is it ?
