yes that's not work at all, after using gamebooster, manually closed background process on taskmanager and defrag using your defraggler
if you want a proper gaming PC just build a PC designed for gaming from the outset. You can't use software to make up for the fact that the hardware is not designed to do what you want.
The actions that you have detailed as well don't really benefit gaming as such,,, rather it all just speeds up your PC slightly due to less crap running at once etc etc I'd say most people do this already if they are running Vista like me due to all the unneeded stuff it seems to want to do for you and you certainly don't need an application/software to do such things for you its all manual heh
