Majora\'s Mask cutscenes with motion blur: Won\'t play at all.

The motion blur cutscenes in Majora's Mask don't work for me at all. The game runs perfectly in every other way, except for this. I tried to even run it through a different ROM. Can anyone give me a hand? Thank you! Maybe their is a new plugin I can download that will do the trick!

so I have two plugins with my Project64 emulator. I am running the MM Hi-Res Texture pack. It only seems to run on Rice's video plugin. On that particular plugin, the motion blur does not work. However, I also have Jabo's plugin and the motion blur does occur. But, I can not load the Hi-Res textures from that plugin. So right now I am trying to have the ability to play both the hi-res textures with the motion blur. So that is my update for now.
