Sorry if this is in the wrong place. I Have all sorts of problems with my M3. I've got the download page working now btw thanks seph. Theres been a few reported problems with worms and mines no different, everybody seems to be using this R4 thing which i dont have, is it better? I wondered if anybody could tell me how to get worms open warfare 2 working on my M3. Also how to delete unwanted files. The unwanted files are in my DS GAMES folder. It Says ''can't read from file source of folder' when attempting to delete what i can only assume is stupid spam because i can't put any more games on it takes up all the space. If Nobody can help can anybody recommend something else to use for roms instead of m3. I've no idea what this R4 thing is, is it better?
    Thanks for the help
    Bobby

Worms needs a fix, read the sticky about it.

I'm not sure why you get the can't delete though, can you format it completely?

I think i'm going to have to completely format it, somebody said not to because it'll break it buy its just gotten worse, i tried to compress the files and folders to .rar files but it copied them 3X over. It's horrendous now. Could you possibly tell me how to completely format it, i'm unsure on how to format.
    Thanks

to format, just go to my computer while the SD card reader is plugged in, and right click it, then click format, and you should be good. also, to deleter files, just right click and delete, or drag the files to the recycle box. also, formatting it will NOT, break it. I've formatted my card a few times, its actually recommended that you do so when you get it, ( can't remember why )

Formatting creates the filesystem, so unless your card comes preformatted; it is mandatory for the card to work. Back up everything you want to keep on the card, as formatting will destroy all existing data. The only dangerous thing about formatting is if you accidentally format the wrong disk; but that won't happen if you pay attention.

i own both the r4 and m3 simply and there's no difference between them, they're made by the same people from what i've read O_O

anyway, if you have a recent-ish kernel, i can't remember when they put it in but you can delete the DS roms within the menu when you turn on the DS - just press X and you can delete any file, roms, saves, mp3.

i dont remember it being able to play compressed files though...

    Thanks for the tips people:
Disturbiated thanks for telling me how to format the card, i'll be doing that now because right click deletes (any delete commands) dont work, i've also tried dragging the stupid files to the recycle bin but that doesn't work either.

Loonylin i've backed up all the existing data so hopefully i'm not stupid enough to break my pc :) if i do then ill just use my laptop, which ill break anyway.

Kaiden thanks for letting me know about the differences between R4 and M3. Absolutely nothing by the sounds of it lol. I've no idea what that recent-ish kernel thing you spoke about is, but i tried deleting the files by pressings X in the correct menu and it says,

    Error:
At present, can't delete system file and nonempty DIR.

    whatever the hell that means.

    thanks for the help people.

About the R4 being better... I use an M3 slot 2 which works great, I am unsure of the differences between the 2.
I do not know why you can't delete the files though.
