M3DS Real - Games freezing after save file created??

Hi, I was wondering if anyone could help me.

I have had my M3DS Real for about a year now and it worked great but a few weeks ago I encountered a problem. All new games I try and play start to load fine but after it creates the save file the screens both go either white or black and stay that way. I have about 15 or so games already on there and they continue to work fine. It is just new games that won't work.

Anyone have any ideas ???

 

This is a very common issue. In the Technical Help forum there is a Common Issues thread.

You have to get updated firmware in order for your card to handle the new games correctly.
