M3 simply card won't play your files

    Hi there
    I Have an M3 Simply card which won't play your files, it says they are all invalive file formats.
    Is there a download I can put on the card to allow the system to read the games?
    you may have to spell out instructions in steps as i am 30 and new to computers!!!! lol
