M3 freezing???

    Okay so I have an M3DS real and as of late its started freezing a lot and I'm not sure if its just the roms I have or maybe the M3 itself or what but has anyone else had this problem or knows how to fix itt?

    Has it worked before?

    How old is the card-they can start to waer out on account of them being cheapy made-my acekard 2.1 is starting to give.

    What games-and if possible-are they from here?

    Its not the old I got it in like April and the main ones that freeze are Pokemon Ranger and Spectrobes and other freeze every now and again. And yep the roms are from here
