M3 DS Real

I have the M3 DS Real. It seems that just for me, not anyone else, certain games just don't work, or they freeze. I had assassin's creed, and it froze any time I had to blow to open a chest, and you NEEDED to open a chest at one point. Then, in Mini Ninjas, I can't open the 3rd spirit plane, because the screen goes blank, or is unresponsive if it shows, yet the music plays as if it is still working fine. Please, Help Me!!!

P.S. If it matters, I have a DS Lite.

I'm not sure if I mentioned, it had Real and Sakura in the same file (The one I currently have).
Thanks for the link! I need to wait to get on my grandpa's comp. again (his is the only one I can use to get on my SD card!!!!!), but I will definitely give it a go!!!

 

I installed the new software fine. I got past the one point in Mini Ninjas, but the same problem has occurred at a later point, where the picture freezes or won't let me draw as I try to enter the Spirit Plane. Any ideas?
Also, I have yet to retry Assassin's Creed, and something happened to my save file. I'll try soon.

Argh!!! I got past the previously mentioned point in Mini Ninjas, and now, I'm just about to enter a castle, and after I enter the door, the screen goes black, and never recovers. (For anyone who's played it, the door is right next to a tengu mage who tells you about using X and A at the same time for a good effect, which comes after the entrance for the Spirit Plane where you need to cut out a shape, blow it across the screen, and turn the gear all before the evil blob touches you) What's worse, this ended up being a point where you can save other than at a regular saving 'station.' If anyone has suggestions, please help!
